I jumped on the bike for 30 min. this morning, my energy feels a little low today. Going to be another beautiful day, but really warm. Breakfast today was 1/2 cup of Fiber One, 1/2 light yogurt, and a small piece of leftover burrito. Watch out kids beans and fiber cereal. Today's snack is a Quaker granola bar and protein water.
Everyone have a great day, and write down everything that you put in your mouth today.
