Sunday
Woke up early and went for my 2 mile walk, had a cup of light soy milk to get me going this morning. Decided we needed to get some groceries, ran out of a lot of my healthy foods and needed to restock. For breakfast I ate a morning star chicken Pattie on an English muffin with light mayo and a cup of fresh strawberries. Just about ready for lunch....a light yogurt and 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese mixed together, one slice of turkey lunch meat with a wedge of light laughing cow cheese. Drank a sugar free red bull, feeling the kick.
